Swapit - location based swap meeting

Swapit shows the possibility to find swap partners with the help of mobile location aware technology. In this case it is used for swapping collector cards of football players. Every two years, when a major football cup takes place, wether it is the european championship or the world cup, hundreds of thousands people begin collecting the pictures of player from all competing teams. Swapit helps those collectors to find missing pictures by showing nearby fellow collectors and their barter object. Swapit on Flickr

During my internship at Plasmadesign Zurich I was responsible for the redesign of their website. This project included both interaction and visual design.

Derrière La Pomme / Behind the Apple - Interactive Installation

«Alles was wir sehen verdeckt etwas anderes. Wir wollen immer das sehen, was durch das, was wir sehen, verdeckt ist.» (René Magritte). --- Footage of the installation «behind the apple» at the Arthouse-Night in Zurich. The installation was made around the painting «The Listening Room» by famous surealist René Magritte. Visitors approaching the apple make it shrink and just in this moment a pictures is taken and shown in a frame on the wall behind the apple. The installation is realized with open source technology Arduino and processing.org
